Company
Next-Generation Food Infrastructure Model Leveraging Local Resources
In Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture, we developed a plant factory by repurposing a former elementary school and its gymnasium, and launched the “Hannari” vegetable brand. We produce leafy greens such as lettuce and kale with elevated antioxidant levels and reduced nitrate nitrogen, supplying primarily to the Tokyo metropolitan market. This initiative is part of a regional revitalization project aimed at creating a new model of agriculture that provides sustainable employment opportunities for future generations in areas facing population decline.

Company
Development of an Energy-Independent, Next-Generation Plant Factory Model
Leveraging expertise gained in renewable energy projects, we deploy smart agriculture solutions that integrate solar power generation with energy storage systems.
By storing solar energy and utilizing it in off-grid environments, we achieve both stable power supply and reduced CO₂ emissions—advancing the realization of carbon-neutral operations.

Medical Corporation
Creating New Value at the Intersection of Plant Factories and Healthcare
In collaboration with the Shinmeikai Medical Group, we utilize plant factory systems to produce health-focused vegetables with elevated antioxidant levels and reduced nitrate nitrogen.
These vegetables are also recommended by Indo Medical Clinic (Director: Dr. Hachiro Indo), a clinic specializing in anti-aging medicine, and are used as part of initiatives that support both physical health and aesthetic well-being.
Through the integration of plant factory technology and healthcare, we are creating new value that supports overall health and beauty.

Education
Osaka College of AgriTech, HortiTech & FoodTech
Developing Talent to Shape the Future of Food
We have installed cultivation systems within a culinary school, where a wide variety of crops are grown, including leafy greens, herbs, strawberries, melons, and edible flowers. Under the guidance of leading chefs and instructors from the culinary industry, students learn cooking techniques and menu development using high-antioxidant, health-focused vegetables as part of an integrated educational program.
05
Agriculture-Welfare Collaboration
Creating a Next-Generation Employment Model through Inclusive Agriculture
We are committed to supporting the positive aspirations of individuals with disabilities—the desire to try, to take the first step, and to move forward. With this in mind, we launched a melon plant factory as part of our Type B Continuous Employment Support program.
By leveraging the controlled-environment production system of plant factories, we standardize and stabilize operations, providing a safe and supportive work environment.
Through this initiative, we aim to create stable employment opportunities, enhance a sense of role and ownership through visible workflows, improve wages and working conditions through productive activities, and foster greater self-confidence through meaningful work.
